In addition to solo training, we offer energizing group fitness classes designed to keep you motivated & connected, from strength & conditioning to Pilates & high-intensity workouts. With a warm and friendly atmosphere, we foster a community where women of all backgrounds & fitness levels feel confident, inspired & welcomed. Bootcamp is an extra class to FitMiss that runs with school terms for 10 week blocks. Bootcamp is in-doors & out-doors and is to provide a full body workout that builds strength, aerobic endurance, challenges with a varied & fun workouts.

Radical Fitness's Power class is a barbell-based group fitness program that uses body weight, plates, and barbells to strengthen and tone muscles. The program is designed to help with a variety of goals, including fat burning, muscle toning, stamina, and strength.

All group fitness classes at FitMiss are designed for ALL ages, fitness levels, shapes and sizes. From as young as 14 to 79 years of age attend our group fitness classes and we welcome you to join us too!
